Prestin Caine wins DWI Junior Championship

 

 

 

 

 

DWI has a new Junior Heavyweight Champion as Prestin Caine defeated Derek LeSabre for the title September 11, 2011.

 

In their match two weeks prior, LeSabre won with a roll-up after Caine declined the assistance of Wayne Wonder and D'lo Jordan of First Degree. When First Degree made their appearance this time, the situation was very different.

 

The match was a well fought contest between both men, but Caine seemed highly upset with some of the counts of DWI senior official Adam Reyes. Just when LeSabre looked like he may be able to secure the win First Degree appeared and rushed the ring. LeSabre fought Wonder and Jordan off before being pinned by Caine. After the match the three then beat down the fallen former champ, including the title being introduced to LeSabre's head.

 

Wonder and Jordan are looking to challenge the Highwaymen for the tag titles soon, which would leave only the Heavyweight Championship from them should they prove victorious. If that is the case, one could only imagine the power this group will have in DWI.
